Despatch Clerk
Location: Klerksdorp, North West, South Africa
Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 12 education.
At least 2 years of working experience in dispatch.
Proficient in organizing the dispatch of goods.
Experience in monitoring both incoming and outgoing stock.
Skilled in examining and preparing required documents.
Ability to bill customers accurately.
Strong communication skills for conveying transport information clearly.
Responsibilities:
Organize the dispatch of goods efficiently.
Monitor incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy.
Examine and prepare all necessary documentation for shipments.
Handle billing for customers, ensuring all charges are correct.
Communicate transport information effectively to relevant parties.
