Requirements

  • Provide professional and comprehensive reception services for clients, listeners, visitors, and staff.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as an office administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver excellent service while approaching challenges with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Organize and support internal meetings and scheduling.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Monitor office equipment to ensure functionality and report repair needs promptly.
  • Assist with departmental reports and general office coordination
