Requirements
- Provide professional and comprehensive reception services for clients, listeners, visitors, and staff.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as an office administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent service while approaching challenges with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
- Organize and support internal meetings and scheduling.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Monitor office equipment to ensure functionality and report repair needs promptly.
- Assist with departmental reports and general office coordination
