Procurement Administrator - Permanent Position at Sentinel Staffing Services

Sentinel Staffing Services is currently hiring for the position of Procurement Administrator in Centurion. This is a permanent role with a salary range of R17,000 - R20,000 per month.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Procurement and Supply or Office Administration.
Experience: Must have between 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase raw materials, goods, and services to ensure an uninterrupted supply for production needs.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstock and stock-outs.
Control and monitor expenditures against the company's supply budget.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding procurement.
Maintain supplier relationships, including sourcing new suppliers and managing existing contracts.
Work with internal teams to forecast needs, create purchase orders, and manage deliveries.
Assist in budget planning with the Procurement Manager.
Handle discrepancies, and returns, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and trends.
Manage tender processes, including documentation and evaluation.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Coordinate with various departments to align procurement with business needs.
Perform administrative tasks like data entry, report generation, and maintaining procurement records.
